Normal Claims

If you get the claims from the customer, please send the claimed product back to factory. The QC team will inspect the products at factory. If it’s the problems of factory, Ruilin will give you the new product or compensation and pay the delivery cost.

Claims on Quantity
If you meet the claims on quantity (normally greater than 30% of the whole batch), Ruilin will recall the whole batch of products and inspect the claimed products at factory. If it’s the problems of factory, Ruilin will give you the new product or compensation and pay the delivery cost.
